ABOUT HENRIK TORP
Henrik Torp started out in Theatre in Denmark, where he worked on Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast and The Sound of Music, before designing the makup for the Danish production of Cats.
His job took him to London, where he has worked on shows including Priscilla, Jersey Boys, Wicked, Sunset Blvd., Mamma Mia and Sweeny Todd, where he began his long-standing collaboration with Imelda Staunton, working as her personal makeup artist on the recent multi-award winning production of Gypsy. He is also makeup supervisor for the Oliver Awards in the UK.
His TV credits include studio and location makeup for for such shows as Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing On Ice, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Deal Or No Deal, SKY News and SKY Sport, and he's just finshed the location work on The Danish Girl.
Henrik lives between London and Denmark and takes private clients and advertising work, his current client list includes Hollywood A-listers and Danish and Swedish Royalty.
